The Triple Crown will be hosted by England for the 2026 competition at the Bedford site.

There will be four teams competing:

Notes:
·        The flying site will be available for practice flights on Friday 10^th. However, this will be a normal  BDAC club day and some members may be flying. Please contact the CD if you want to fly on the Friday.
·        The field will be open from 8:00 on the 11^th and 12^th.
·        Pilots briefing will be at 8:45 on Saturday.
·        Calibration flight (for judges) 9:00, Saturday only.
·        Hot food and drinks will be available on both days.
·        Toilet facilities will be available.
·        A hog roast is planned on the Saturday night at Old Warden Village Hall (Bedford Rd, Old Warden, Biggleswade SG18 9HQ) starting at 7:30.

On behalf of the Committee and the UKF3A Association as a whole, I would like to extend a sincere thank you to Ross Donovan who not only took on the role of Contest Director but also as a Company Director of Asgard Biomass who generously acted as a major Sponsor of this years Triple Crown.

Without this type and level of support, it would have cost the Association a lot more to host this years Triple Crown.

I would also like to extend the Associations thanks to all the helpers and unsung hero's in the background who without such support events like these wouldn't take place or wouldn't go anywhere near as smoothly as this one went.

Additionally, I take my hat off (figuratively speaking) to the all Pilots who did exceptionally well to cope with the gusty conditions.

Great weekend at the Triple Crown. Thanks Ross and all those involved in making it happen.
