All schedules will be flown including the 'F schedule (if there is sufficient interest)

• Gate Opening: Around 8:00.
• Pilots Briefing: At 8:30.
• First Flight: Scheduled for 9:00.

Gents I know we are a few days away from Sunday.......
Weather is not looking fantastic at the moment.
20mph winds with 30mph gusts.

I am going to check the forecast Friday night and decide whether we proceed or not.

Please check here 7pm Friday evening.

I have looked at all the forecasts and the summary is "really windy"
As such I have decided to call off Sunday.
I will try and arrange a date later in the year

The law of Sod comes into play - probably for the best even though we three Bedford musketeers have been out practicing in some challenging winds recently !!

Its a long way for many of us to travel to not fly - inevitably now it will be perfect day but always chance later in the year I hope...

Thanks for letting us know Bob. Given the forecast I'm sure you made the right call. Flying the schedule is one thing but landing becomes a real lottery. Can hopefully be rearranged 🤞
